Deposits are non refundable (Deposit valid only for 90 days) All packages and treatments have a 3 month expiration date. If you have not completed all sessions by the 90 day mark, a new deposit or package purchase will be needed.  **

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

 

If you are unable to give reasonable time of advance notice you may be charged 50% for your missed appointment.

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If arrived late to scheduled session,  it  may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late the arrive,  will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session, however we will do our best to satisfy the scheduled time.

Anyone who either failed  or forgo of appointment with no contact, will be considered a “no-show”. And will be charged the deposited fee amount on file “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.

**48 hours notice is required in order to reschedule. Your $35.00 deposit will go towards your next scheduled session.
